📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives.
• Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the company's values and culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in multi-brand environments.
• Strong understanding of local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
