📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create engaging and informative content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with government initiatives and community engagement goals.
• Use graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop to create visually appealing content.
• Edit and produce videos using Adobe Premiere Pro to enhance the visual storytelling of government programs.
• Collaborate with the communications team to gather and research information for content creation.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to refine and improve future content.
• Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to government guidelines and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative content ideas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or video editing.
• Proficient in using graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with government communications and public service is a plus.
