As an Encoder at Desco, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data management processes. Your daily tasks will include entering, verifying, and updating data in various formats, using tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and specialized data entry software. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Entering and verifying data accurately into various systems and databases.
• Updating and maintaining data records in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data entry software.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Assisting in data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Following company policies and procedures for data management.
• Providing support to other departments as needed.
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working efficiently and meeting deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.
• Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 60 words per minute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with data management software is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
