📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Coordinate precast projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction with our services.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, cost analyses, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective client communication strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the precast industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, construction teams, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as project management software, CAD, and BIM.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
