📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure and network, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the transformation of our IT infrastructure and network, aligning with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their IT needs and deliver solutions that drive business value.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal downtime.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT infrastructure and network from threats.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure and network management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure and network management, such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies, including VMware ESXi, vCenter, and NSX.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven ability to lead and manage IT projects, with a focus on delivering business value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
