As an HR Generalist at Vins Quality Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in our company's success. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our HR policies and procedures are aligned with our business goals. Your daily tasks will include conducting job interviews, processing employee data, and maintaining employee records. You will also be responsible for managing our payroll system, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration.
• Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions.
• Process and maintain employee data and records.
• Manage payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
• Support management in workforce planning and development.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
• Proficiency in HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
