📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Monitor and maintain production schedules and targets
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards
- Manage a team of workers during the night shift, providing guidance and support
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to improve production processes and implement new technologies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of production management software, such as SAP or Oracle
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
