📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, maintaining employee benefits, and handling HR documentation.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, with a focus on talent acquisition.
• Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse for recruitment processes.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
