📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and efficiently using SAP and other financial software
• Reconcile accounts payable and bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure timely payment of invoices to vendors and service providers
• Monitor and analyze accounts payable trends to identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure that our services are aligned with their business objectives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required
• Stay up-to-date with the latest financial regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP
• Proficient in using SAP and other financial software
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
