📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day operations of our stores in Bantul and Sleman, ensuring smooth running and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor store managers and staff to ensure high standards of service and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.
• Participate in regular meetings and reports to provide updates on store performance and address any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of retail software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
