Sentral Adi Auto Service is looking for a dedicated and friendly Waitress to join our team. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time position located in Kuta, Bali, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and correctly.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food.,Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.,Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is a plus.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 lbs.,Must be at least 18 years old.
