PT Lautan Otoman is seeking a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store opening and closing procedures,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Maintain inventory levels and order restocking,Assist in merchandising and display of products,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Conduct regular store audits to maintain quality standards,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships,Assist in training new employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma,Previous experience in retail or administrative roles is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds
