Cognizant is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Rider Support Specialist to join our team in Bali. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong command of the Spanish language. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to riders and customers.,Assist riders with any issues or concerns they may have.,Ensure all riders are following company policies and procedures.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.,Assist with the organization and coordination of rider schedules.,Provide feedback to riders on their performance and areas for improvement.,Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new riders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all rider activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in both English and Spanish.,Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local area and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations.
