📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Prepare and maintain food cost reports.,Participate in menu development and cost control initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,High school diploma or equivalent.
