📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business in the Pandeglang region,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction,Manage a team of sales and support staff, providing guidance and motivation,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders,Conduct regular site visits to assess the condition of our products and services,Provide regular reports and updates to the management team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the sales or management industry,Proven track record of success in sales and customer satisfaction,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
