📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards and regulations.
  • Manage and develop the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant, including kitchen and dining areas.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including food handling and storage.
  • Work closely with the general manager to ensure that the restaurant meets all company goals and objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.
