📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the distribution process, including order fulfillment, packaging, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.
  • Track and manage delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to distribution and delivery.
  • Generate and maintain accurate records of distribution activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance distribution efficiency.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and delivery systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
