Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.,Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.,Conduct background checks and verify candidate qualifications.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide recruitment-related training and support to employees.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
