You will also be involved in the continuous improvement of our pest control processes, utilizing tools like PestControlPro and PestExpert software to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily pest control operations and ensure high standards of service.
Lead and develop a team of pest control technicians, providing training and mentoring.
Implement and monitor effective pest control strategies and programs.
Utilize PestControlPro and PestExpert software to manage operations and enhance efficiency.
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of pest control equipment.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of pest control processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pest Control, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pest control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Certification in pest control (e.g., IPM Certified, NPMA Certified) is a plus.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using PestControlPro and PestExpert software.
Knowledge of local pest control regulations and industry standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
