Duta Krisna Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our dental team. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the dental team.,Create training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in dental training and development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are meeting their professional development goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in education, human resources, or a dental-related discipline.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with dental procedures and equipment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
