📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead a team of accountants and provide guidance and support.,Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.,Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and technologies.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
