🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced nursing practices (e.g., ANP, CNE).,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and healthcare services.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
