📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of training and development programs.,Assist in the management of employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
