📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate with managers to understand HR needs and provide solutions.,Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and development.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
