📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Support the Sous Chef in training and developing junior staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist in special event preparations and catering services.,Maintain accurate records of food usage and costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in maintaining food quality and safety standards.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate.,Experience in managing a team in a bakery or restaurant setting.
