📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist doctors and nurses in providing patient care and treatment.
- Manage and maintain patient records and medical files.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing insurance claims.
- Ensure the clinic runs smoothly by managing supplies and equipment.
- Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and staff.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic.
- Stay updated with the latest healthcare practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or related field.
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems (EMR).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, as it is the primary language of the workplace.
