📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda, ensuring high visibility and competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to maintain property standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to make data-driven decisions and improve revenue.
• Collaborate with property owners and local partners to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to drive success.
• Utilize tools like Airbnb Host Dashboard, Google Analytics, and Excel to streamline operations and track performance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of Bright Business Bali’s short-term rental portfolio.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing short-term rental properties or similar hospitality roles.
• Strong knowledge of Airbnb Host Dashboard, Booking.com, and Agoda platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
