📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a section of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Oversee the day-to-day activities of the section, providing guidance and support to team members.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
