Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support and guidance to employees during the training process.,Assess and measure the impact of training programs on employee performance and development.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
