Port Sky Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our remote store in Lampung. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including inventory, staffing, and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage restocking processes.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate records are maintained.,Collaborate with the central team to ensure consistent brand standards and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
