Gold Town Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages for banquets and special events.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure the smooth running of banquets and special events.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Assist in the inventory management and ordering of supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and techniques.,Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 20 kg.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Willingness to work remote and follow company guidelines.
