🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the human resources field.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR software.
