📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Prepare sales reports and presentations to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and processes.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
