Prime Food Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.,Prepare and review tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
