PT Maju Damar is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, working with service providers and internal teams.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle inspections and servicing, ensuring timely completion.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the fleet manager and other team members as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other relevant information.,Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation related to fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
