📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and assisting them throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensuring compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.
  • Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall recruitment strategy.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
