📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize your own delivery routes using YAVA's proprietary delivery management system.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
- Maintain the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with customers and colleagues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any issues or concerns related to delivery or vehicle maintenance.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
- Valid driver's license for motorbike or car, depending on the role.
- Good knowledge of the Gianyar area and ability to navigate using GPS or maps.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment to safety and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with delivery management systems or similar software is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and ongoing support.
