📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, reservations, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
• Use Salesforce and HubSpot to manage customer interactions and track service requests.
• Assist in the booking process, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded.
• Stay updated on local attractions, events, and travel trends to offer personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and packages.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for client information.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service best practices.
• Ensure all interactions are documented accurately and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid SIM card (for remote workers) or reliable transportation to reach our office locations.
• Enthusiasm for Bali's culture and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
