📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure that they are up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
